Following Our Lady of Fatima’s six apparitions in 1917, she again appeared to Sister Lucia on December 10, 1925. She came expressly to request Communion of Reparation on First Saturdays, commonly known as "First Saturday Devotionals.” During the apparition, Our Lady described in detail the devotion which was to be practiced every first Saturday for five consecutive months with the intention of making reparation for offenses committed against the Sacred Heart of Jesus and the Immaculate Heart of Mary. Our Holy Mother requested we:

With the person seeking healing for physical and emotional ailments, the Healing Ministry joins in intercessory prayer to the Holy Trinity and asks the Blessed Virgin Mary to intercede on their behalf. This Ministry’s primary focus is especially for very severe, untreatable physical ailments. These prayers are said in the presence of the person seeking healing, preferably in the presence of the Blessed Sacrament.

Mary Mother of God has given us the Rosary to contemplate the life of Jesus and bring our petitions to her that she may intercede for us with her Son. In Fatima she requested we, "Say the Rosary every day to obtain peace for the world."
If you have never prayed the Rosary, or if you need to refresh your memory, checkout How to Pray the Rosary on our Fatima Centennial website.
