Knights are teamed up with the Respect Life Ministry to benefit metro area maternity homes and crisis pregnancy centers through the ASAP (Aid and Support After Pregnancy) Program for our second Baby Bottle Drive.
Knights and Respect Life Ministry members handed out empty baby bottles. Parishioners took the bottles home, will fill them with spare change and loose money, and will return them January 20 & 21.
January 21 is the Respect Life Annual Baby Shower and the Knights January Pancake Breakfast. All proceeds from the Baby Shower, Pancake Breakfast, and Baby Bottle Drive will be given to as many recipients as possible.
Last year's program was a great success. Because of your great generosity, we were able to donate over $9300 of money, clothing, and baby supplies to 5 very worthy organizations. The organizations we donated to last year were Little Flower Home in Lafayette, Mary's Homes of Hope in Arvada, Alternatives in Denver, and Marisol Family and Marisol Health in Denver. We want to thank you for your continued support of all our programs.
If you need to return your bottles before January 21, the Parish Office will take them early. For more information, contact Norbert Boeckman at [email protected], Mary Pat Norick at [email protected], or any Knight or Respect Life Ministry member.
