Box Intake - Saturday, March 25, 3:00-6:15pm
Box Intake - Sunday, March 26, 6:30-11:00am
Box Loading - Sunday, March 26, 11:00am-12:30pm
Home Deliveries - Sunday, March 26, 11:00am-12:00pm
Agency Deliveries - Sunday, March 26, 12:00-2:00pm
Cleanup - Sunday, March 26, 12:30-2:00pm

Volunteer Task Descriptions

Box Prep
Create the empty boxes by folding, taping, and writing on empty boxes. Box Prep is great for families with little ones who enjoy moving and stacking empty boxes. We've had helpers as young as 3 yrs help with this!

Box Intake
Collect and process full boxes which have been dropped off at parish. Use carts to move full boxes through our processing line and sort by organization number.

Box Loading
Load trucks with full boxes. Full boxes are pushed on an assembly line of tables, or lifted and loaded directly onto trucks. It takes many people to complete this step.

Agency Deliveries
Fill a U-Haul truck and deliver boxes to two organizations near downtown Denver. Usually 4-5 people go downtown with the U-haul to help unload.

Cleanup
Return the Parish Hall back to normal by sweeping and moving tables and chairs. The more people we have, the quicker it goes.
