The questions we will be asking during the Listening Session are as follows:

1. What do you think is the purpose of a Catholic parish?
2. What is your dream for Our Lady of Fatima? What obstacles do you see in the way of Our Lady of Fatima achieving that dream?
3. Where do you see the Holy Spirit moving in the parish right now?
4. What do you think Our Lady of Fatima could do to make the faith experience at the parish deeper or more meaningful?
5. What is your reaction to the phrase "a personal relationship with Jesus"?

What is the Parish Renewal?
The objective of our Parish Renewal is not to create a plan, but to receive a plan from the Holy Spirit for how we can go deeper into our relationship with Jesus. Due to recent major changes in society and our culture, the Church finds herself in a situation more like the time of the first Apostles than the one she inhabited for the past few centuries. Our Lady of Fatima Parish is committed to navigating these uncharted waters by prayerfully discerning how God wants us to serve and equip the faithful and welcome and engage the seekers. To learn where our flock is, our Parish Renewal Team will ask questions and listen to perspectives during Listening Sessions and conduct a parish-wide Spiritual Survey.
